1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Domestic Shipping
We ship to the continental U.S. states only. Carriers used include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us the day of delivery.
- Claims will require photo evidence or a signed affidavit.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Pickup Policy

1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation, usually 2-4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up.
- You must text the number provided in the email to get the pickup location address and to schedule a pick date and time within 24 hours.
2. Pickup Location
The pickup location is located in Huntington, IN 46750. No exceptions will be made to change pickup location.

All sales are final. Cancelation requests are not accepted under any circumstance.
5. Failure to Pickup
All sales are final. Failure to pickup will result in order cancelation without refund.
