All products are brand new and sold as-it. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned. We purchase items in bulk and do not receive a manufacturer’s credit for returned items. All products sold on our website are sealed/tagged and licensed. Although our products are brand new, there is a small chance of manufacturer defects, which are out of our control. We will not knowingly send any damaged products.
